The driving force of the modern design build team, Jan has the amazing ability to visualize the finished project and accurately portray that vision through his designs. Jan’s business savvy was developed in university where he started his first company designing and building computer systems. After 3 years at Texas A&M University, Jan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Biology in 1997. Taking a year sabbatical, Jan developed his love for design, and an entrepreneurial spirit. He started in the design + build industry as a technology business consultant, and has been working in the industry since 1998 when he founded Modern.

An adventurous spirit, Keli brings the entire group together and makes us the company that we are. Her inventive outlook keeps us on the edge, while helping adhere to the highest standards. Keli graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2000 from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture.

A professional Civil Engineer currently licensed in the state of Texas, Marisela investigates our project designs to ensure its structural soundness. Her experience and ability to adapt to new construction techniques gives basis to our design solutions.
