Elevate is intended for clients who want to go beyond a basic pool remodel and create a true outdoor destination. This may include modifying the existing pool, adding or revising a spa, updating patios and decks, integrating outdoor living elements, improving landscape and lighting concepts, and creating a cohesive design direction before construction pricing is finalized.

Note:

  • • The Elemental Design package focuses on details in and around the pool, whereas Essential Design and Extensive Design Packages allow you to obtain an overall vision for your site, and are ideal for phasing portions of construction as budgets allow.
  • • We begin every project with a feasibility study. In the event that the feasibility study reveals site challenges that inhibit our ability to build or that such challenges exceed the anticipated budget by more than 15%, we will inform you of options. Should you decide not to proceed we will refund all but $750 of your fee.
  • • These fees are for the schematic design and are not intended for construction; construction documents are bid upon request. When you choose to build with modern, we generate our in-house construction documents upon project commencement.
