Built as a speculative home by Becky Fuller, this AlterStudio-designed home was centered around the pool space.  modern was tasked with designing a pool that had interesting views from every angle and functioned as well as it looked for the future family.  Ultimately, the simple shape chosen creates a seamless transition from the home’s interior, and when necessary the pool transforms shape to isolate the spa. Summoning the spa using your phone app, heats it in less than 30 minutes, perfect when making a last-minute decision to hop in the hot tub after a night out.
