When a real estate agent client came to us for help on a listed property’s backyard that was deemed unmarketable, we had to come up with ideas to help buyers see the potential of what it could be.

Protected trees, critical root zones, uneven terrain, sloping backyard - these are just some of the challenges that we had to work with in this North Austin project.

It is all about perspective - instead of thinking of the property’s constraints as a challenge, we took it as an opportunity to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions that made the space work.
