We typically do mostly residential projects but when a property developer reached out to ask us to help design a community center for a site with the most amazing views of Lake Travis, we did not hesitate to take on the challenge.

What we envisioned was a luxurious destination for an exclusive lakeside community that features multi-acre lots, multi-million dollar homes, and stunning views of the Colorado River.

Complete with state-of-the-art amenities and modern finishes, the community center was designed to be a place to gather while preserving the natural beauty and tranquility of the surrounding area.
