When a real estate agent client came to us for help on a listed property whose backyard was deemed unmarketable, we had to come up with ideas to help buyers see the potential of what it could be.
Protected trees, critical root zones, uneven terrain, and a sloping backyard were just some of the challenges we had to work with on this North Austin project.
It is all about perspective. Instead of thinking of the constraints as a problem, we took them as an opportunity to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions that made the space work.
