Modern Pools is a custom pool design studio based in Austin. We have designed pools since 1999. Terlingua sits far out in West Texas, near Big Bend National Park, so we serve it as a design market, not a local build market.

We do not have an office, a crew, or finished pools in Terlingua. What we bring is design. We create the full plan for your pool, and your local builder handles construction with our plans in hand.

We design for your local builder. You get complete plans, and we stay reachable while your builder constructs the pool. We also plan around your off-grid systems, so the water and power needs match what your property can support.
